1. From the main screen, enter User Info.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Rapidly tap 3 times below the Topdon logo, then enter the access password 2606.
4. Check the box for Collection app log.
5. Reproduce the device malfunction, then tap Upload log information.
6. Contact Topdon after-sales support to report the issue, providing the device SN for analysis and follow-up.
