Phoenix Xlink has better hardware configuration, larger RAM and ROM.
Phoenix Xlink supports more special functions. Xlink supports DoIP protocol, Lite 3 does not.
The biggest difference is that Xlink supports online programming, Lite 3 does not.
The Phoenix Lite 3 does not support programming. You will need a Phoenix XLink or higher-level device to use this feature.
