Is there any difference between the Topdon Phoenix Max and Phoenix Remote besides tablet size? What features does the max have that the remote doesn’t, if any?

Phoenix Max and Remote are similar on software configuration. Their differences include:
1. Max supports add-on tools such as thermal imager TC001, Phoenix Scope, T-ninja Box, Battery tester. while Remote doesn’t support thermal imager TC001 and osciloscope.
2. Max MDCI Pro supports wifi and bluetooth communication, while Remote is line communication.
3. Max is ram 8G rom 256G, ANDROID 9.0; Remote is ram 4G rom128G, android10.0.
The Phoenix Max is open android without the play store. The Remote is not open android. The HD coverage that you can get for both is not identical. The Remote has fewer brands that are covered than the Max.
Phoenix Remote does actually support the TC001 thermal camera. Remote does not support adding EV/Battery Pack Diagnostics. Remote does not have an SD card slot or have coverage for online programming for Sprinters/Honda/Acura.
