Will Topdon Rlink J2534 (green dongle) or the Rlink X7 (blue dongle) work with Topix Cloud to program a DCDC converter on a land rover 2020?
Yes, but you need to subscribe to the RLink Land Rover PDU driver to use it.
The standard J2534 driver will not work for Topix Cloud or Pathfinder.
You will require the purchase of the PDU driver within the DMS system.
You need Rlink J2534/X7 and then the purchase of the JLR PDU driver.
You need to open the RLink DMS system, sign in with your account. Head to the mall on the left-hand side, here you can purchase additional PDU drivers one of which being the JLR one. Once this is downloaded you can use the device as normal.
Or you could purchase the RLink Lite.
The V1.21 version of the Land Rover driver for RLink (used with TOPIX software) is now available for update. You can update the Land Rover driver in the RLink Platform to perform diagnostic programming. Update the PDU driver to V1.21, ensure the RLink app is upto date and device firmware is also on the latest version.
