Problem:
Followed the instructions to set up Topdon Artidiag pro with email address and connected to wifi but can’t connect to a vehicle and have no available updates or anything on the screen in services and no vehicles in diagnostics. How to fix it?
Solution:
Do a factory reset:
Tap Settings >Tap Recovery.
