Topdon Artidiag Stuck in Battery 1% Solution

Problem:

Topdon Artidiag900 Lite scanner is stuck like this (battery 1%). Any way to hard shutdown it?

Solution:
Hold on the power button and give it a hard reset.
Hold down the power button for an extended period for a hard reset. Obviously try a known working usb c charger (a good one, not a dollar store one) and try charging for a few hours. If that fails contact TopDon they’re usually pretty helpful when it comes to this type of thing.

 

UPDATE:

I unplugged it for about an hour, then held the power button, that shut it down. Left it alone for another hour then plugged it in & it’s charging how it’s supposed to.
