Problem:

One of Topdon Phoenix Smart scanner users had an issue with doing on a land rover today, see images below. It did work on can protocols. But it cannot communicate on DoIP protocols.

Solution:

Update the MDCI Pro using an Ethernet cable.

Connect your MDCI to power and ethernet to run the updates. Should be 3 or 4 reboots as part of the process and you will be left with a new interface. ..should work after that.
