What happened to the Topdon ONE diagnostic scanner? It is saying the current software version is obsolete. How to fix it?
Solution:
Connect it to Wi-Fi, log into your TOPDON account, and check for system and vehicle software updates. If it’s already up to date, check whether your update subscription has expired or reinstall the affected vehicle software.
In the meantime, we recommend updating both the vehicle software you’re trying to use and the device system version to the latest available versions.
Also, please send the serial number (SN) of your device. Topdon engineer wil check whether your subscription has expired and help you look into the issue.
