If you are unable to register your new Topdon ultradiag/artidiag series diagnostic scanner, here are some possible solutions to resolve the issue.
Solution:
1.Update App version to latest version. An outdated APP version can also be a cause of this issue.
2. Provide the device serial number to Topdon engineer to check registration information manually.
