How to establish DOIP connection using Topdon Phoenix Lite 3 diagnostic scanner?

 

Here is the clue.

Phoenix Lite3 does not have built-in DoIP protocol and does not support DoIP directly.

Also applies to Phoenix Elite, Phoenix plus, Plus 2, and Phoenix Lite 2.

Requires a dedicated DoIP adapter cable to establish DoIP connection properly.
