Topdon Rlink X7 Benz XDOS No Communication Solution

Problem:

Got the Topdon Rlink X7 adapter and 02/2026 version Benz Xentry OpenShell XDOS software to troubleshoot a Mercedes Benz W639. Got the Benz driver installed and Rlink suite detected the X7 device. But XDOS software has not connection with vehicle.

Error: “Initialization of Diagnosis Multiplexer Failed”

Any solution?

Solution:

You have installed the J2534 driver for benz Pass-thru version Xentry.
To use Xentry OpenShell XDOS version software, you need to install Benz PDU driver. 

The PDU driver needs to be purchased separately.

Purchase Benz PDU driver in Mall or contact topdonshop.eu to buy PDU driver.
